We definitely encourage people to check us out. Please email or call for references on past clients. If your looking to book an outfitter for a hunt, you need to check them out with people that have hunted with them. Don’t be afriad to ask various questions about things like accommodation’s, food, guides, areas hunted, success, etc…

IN 2007 I WAS EXCITED TO DRAW A UTAH LIMITED ENTRY ELK TAG. I MADE THE DECISION TO BOOK WITH A LOCAL OUTFITTER. I RESEARCHED MANY OUTFITTERS AND DECIDED TO BOOK A 10 DAY HUNT WITH GOOCHS GUIDE SERVICE. THE HUNT STARTED OUT QUICKLY, WE PASSED NUMEROUS BULLS DURING THE FIRST FIVE OR SIX DAYS. THE RUT WAS IN FULL SWING AS WE HUNTED HARD AND THE DAYS FLEW BY, I FINALLY DECIDED TO PULL THE TRIGGER ON THE 10TH DAY OF MY HUNT. WITH MY BULL ON THE GROUND, MY HUNT CAME TO AN END.

ERIC, JOSH, AND DALE SHOWED ME A LOT OF BULLS. I APPRECIATED THERE PATIENCE AS I PASSED NUMEROUS BULLS THROUGHOUT MY 10 DAYS OF HUNTING HEAVEN IN ONE OF UTAHS PREMIERE UNITS. GOOD LODGING, GREAT FOOD AND FUN GUYS MADE MY HUNT A GREAT SUCCESS.

I WOULD LIKE TO FORMALLY RECOMMEND GOOCHS TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME, AND A GREAT ADVENTURE.

Here are a few sheds we have picked in the last couple of seasons. Please feel free to comment or share your pics with us. Just email them to me with your info and I will post them in our shed section.

I picked up these this past weekend. The best spot of my shed career. I spotted the brown shed tines down about 80 yards away. As I got closer I could see another sword sticking up behind the brown shed. Thinking I was going to pick a brown set was cool, but I was in for a suprise. I found all 4 antlers as they lay in these pics. 17 years of hunting horns never seen something like this.
